Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself

If you haven’t registered an account on hispanicanima.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping.

Size Misunderstanding – We do not accept returns due to size misunderstandings. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before making a purchase to ensure you select the correct size. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.

The refunds we offer are full refunds in the form of a coupon that can be used to purchase another product from our collection. This way, you can explore and choose an alternative that better aligns with your preferences. Please note that the coupon will be provided for the full value of the returned item, and it can be redeemed on our website. If Hispanic Anima facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
